Brendan says they don't believe he'll need more surgery. He went to London yesterday with the club Doctor. He's also down there today. They're keen for as much information as possible.

Maddison has been exceptional for us since December, this is a huge blow if he's out for several games or more. It sounds like he will be too, otherwise there'd have been some additional context to add from Rodgers.

 

A bit of a head scratcher on how we cope, it's all geared up for Tavares really but I'm too modest to keep bringing that up....

 

Or we go and sign Alex Teixeira on a free.

They’re getting a second opinion which to me seems that this is gonna be a few weeks minimum although they don’t expect surgery.

Let’s have some positive thoughts lads. We don’t know if he’s gonna be out long term but agree it don’t sound great. It’s time for other players to now step up and prove there worth. We’ve seen JJ, Cags and lil Wes all step up. Maybe it’s time ünder or your Sidders now take up that mantle. Let’s just try and stay positive.

And what would be the point? We can’t register anyone for any completion.

In the immediacy (as in tomorrow night), likely to move Tielemans further up and bring in Mendy (or Hamza, or if bold Tavares).

I think we have options at 10, Under, Nacho, Perez when fit.

 

Important for Vardy to find he's shooting boots now, as Maddison and Barnes were covering for his lack of goals.

 

If me its time for Nacho to show what he's got, he looks a lot better when he plays with Vardy.

 

We have been playing a 4-4-2 at times during games.
