UniFox21 Posted 21 April 2022 Posted 21 April 2022 Burnley players throwing themselves in front of the ball. Sort of grit we need to show 1

sishades Posted 21 April 2022 Posted 21 April 2022 Burnley should now take off two midfielders and replace them with traffic cones in order to defend this lead. 1
Corky Posted 21 April 2022 Posted 21 April 2022 Burnley love a head "injury" to stop play, especially in their own box.

Super_horns Posted 21 April 2022 Posted 21 April 2022 I actually feel with their games to come Everton needed to beat you last night if Burnley won tonight as they have . 1

Very true. Everton had a home match against a mid-table team with not much to play for and they didn't win it. If they can't win those games, which ones can they win? It was 2 points dropped not one point gained.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 21 April 2022 Posted 21 April 2022 Mad that Dyche is the new bielsa figure, when ben mee lifts the premier League all talk will be of his mentor
Guest Col city fan Posted 21 April 2022 Posted 21 April 2022 (edited) Everton are looking very dodgy now with their run in. They could realistically get relegated Edited 21 April 2022 by Col city fan
Cadno'r Cymoedd Posted 21 April 2022 Posted 21 April 2022 I have had over the years three friends who are huge Everton fans. Hate them. Everton that is. 🤣 1 1
Spudulike Posted 21 April 2022 Posted 21 April 2022 Any chance that Villa could get dragged back in? That would be a laugh.

Maguire has become a laughing stock and I think Newcastle are aiming higher and looking at more sensible signings. Man utd are stuck with that contract. Best option is to take the captaincy away and let him focus on the basics. Heck, think he needs to be sent out to a lower ranked epl team.

Joe90lcfc Posted 21 April 2022 Posted 21 April 2022 Burnley looked good tonight, certainly not like a team in the bottom 3, i really hope they finish above Everton 1
Leicesterpool Posted 21 April 2022 Posted 21 April 2022 I get this feeling now though whole of the premier league just want Everton down 1
StanSP Posted 21 April 2022 Posted 21 April 2022 Would be great if we could help drag Villa into it. Not that I think they'll get relegated, but would be nice to see them squirm a bit...

Edit - just seen Villa will have Norwich and Palace at home before then so will probably get a few points from those, shame. Edited 21 April 2022 by Nalis

Sampson Posted 21 April 2022 Posted 21 April 2022 Surely Hassenhutl can't have long left? He's been there 3 years and Southampton haven't progressed at all under him. All they've done is plod along and stagnate,
