Man city immediately regretting the £100m bid for Grealish.

I think it's sad that if even Messi, after all he has earned in his career, leaves 'his' club in search of a better salary. Only PSG and maybe Man City can afford the wages.

Arsenal morons photoshopping him in an Arse shirt as we speak..😂

It's already all over the Twitter threads on Romano's timeline. I think they have been mocked up since the first doubts over him re-signing!

Imagine if they pull out of the Grealish deal after Villa have already spent the money from it. It would lead to chaos, FFP failures and all sorts I would expect.

I’d like to think Man City knew all about the Messi situation. He’ll go somewhere where a sponsor is paying for the deal. It won’t be England let’s be honest

They’ll just sign Messi and not bother with Kane. Astronomical wages but no fee to pay.

I’ve heard Aston Villa are a massive club with very rich owners, maybe he’ll sign for them?

And Albrighton will still reclaim his place halfway through the season

I'd love to see them try lol

Fvck, tell him we can't offer him the wages but he can have two of...

- King Richard

- lifetime supply of crisps, melton mowbray pies and foxes sweets

- Bradgate Park (rename it Messi Park, if he wants)

- new Kasabian frontman

Good to see that the big 6 have learned their lesson after the money-focussed breakaway failed.
