In fairness, you can see why it’s a red. It’s just inconsistent, as Kanes was just as bad.

Kane's was far worse. Leg breaker if it was still planted.

It was a red for me and kane should have been off earlier.

This. One decision doesn't vindicate the other but Kane should have gone too.

You need to read it again. at no point does it state that having the jabs stop you from contracting it or passing it on. Jeez how many more times?

To quote you 'Being double jabbed or even a booster does not stop you getting the virus or passing it on exactly the same as someone who chose not to have a vaccination.'

I'm not aware that anyone ever said that it did. The point is that it much reduces the chance of contracting the virus and passing it on. It's a very important point that you need to understand.

Just bin VAR it's making things worse.

We've all been done by dodgy decisions in the past but when it's just down to the ref you can move on much quicker than this inconsistent shit show game in game out

Or it leads directly to a goal - if the ball drops off salah’s arm and the next contact is the shot on goal from another player then it’s not allowed

Ah fair enough.

Thought it was just the scorer .

Out against us twice isn't he? That's a nice bit of luck.

If I'm wrong it means he'll almost certainly play Wednesday.

Standard of officiating in this country summed up in one game, massive lack of consistency.

And the state of gamesmanship in the league summed up by Keita falling over, face planting the ball and holding his face. Pathetic.

Yeah booting someone as hard as you can is fine.

No, it's a yellow card foul. He's tried to boot the ball and missed it. It's nowhere near as bad as Kane's in the first half.

State of the game across most of the top leagues around the world, it's a sad state of affairs.

A goal either way would be hilarious just now.

It would if VAR disallowed it

Sorry but VAR isn't the problem today.

Good point. 3 match ban for that kind of red I'd imagine?
