ealingfox Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 Man City players do that 10 times a game without a single yellow being produced though.

Β I don't give a s*** if there's "contact", he throws himself to the floor. Sorry but if a player tugs the shirt then its a foul,Β why do it if you are not trying to gain sn advantage. How the player goes down is irrelevant to that decision.Β If refs gave a foul when playersdo their best to stay up players may not go down so easily. 2
floz Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 It is lovely to see Arsenal imploding and their half-witted over entitled fans whinging. It was a pen and a sending off - deal with it. π
trabuch Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 I love a feisty football match (when we aren't involved) 1
Guest StevieLynex Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 Gabriel vs Jesus. Sounds like something out of the bible. A bit like Kane and Abel Xavier, or Brian Little and Luke Thomas

GingerrrFox Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 (edited) Gabriel has been due a red card for weeks, he was the same when we played Arsenal, pulling shirts, blocking players off and finally his style of play has caught up with him. Β I really donβt see how anyone is blaming the ref here, he was raking the peno spot and then the foul on Jesus was a definite yellow.Β Edited 1 January 2022 by GingerrrFox 4
kingkisnorbo Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 Iβd have Gabriel with the 19βs next week. That is criminal.

adejo92 Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 The goal seems to have woken Man City up. Β Arsenal will struggle now with 10 men but I don't think Man City have been at their best and wouldn't be surprised which way this goes.
davieG Posted 1 January 2022 Author Posted 1 January 2022 He half legs him over before the shirt pull to give him a reason for falling forwards then the shirt pull although a foul didn't cause him to go to ground. So really it's the leg impeding him that is the main cause if you assume it was sufficient to cause him to stumble. 1
CrispinLA in Texas Posted 1 January 2022 Posted 1 January 2022 How many games has Ake played for Man City since his 40m move 2 years, he looks like his forgotten how to play, apart from that great goal line save 1
