An Away Move Posted 18 May 2021 Posted 18 May 2021 We need Iheanacho on to give them some fear if they lose the ball.
Legend_in_blue Posted 18 May 2021 Posted 18 May 2021 It's a penalty but his dive isn't clever enough. Too theatrical and that cost him. Luck will hold out 2nd half we will ****house this.
Swarles Barkley Posted 18 May 2021 Posted 18 May 2021 You just know Giroud (89) is happening. Its fvcking made for this game 1

Why? Some people just want to watch the forum burn

The guy has had literally f*** all to do anything with, other than a couple of overcooked through balls... Has the be 4-4-2 second half.

The crowd are getting on his back already and at some point he's going to buckle and give something utterly daft. Mike Dean works the other way. The more you bug him the less he gives.

Babylon Posted 18 May 2021 Posted 18 May 2021 "For subjective penalty decisions, such as for a foul or for a handball, the VAR will look to identify a “clear and obvious error”. The referee will explain his decision to the VAR and what he has seen. If the evidence provided to the VAR by the broadcast footage does not accord with what the referee believes he has seen, then the VAR can recommend an overturn. The final decision will remain with the on-field referee. If a penalty decision is overturned with no infringement by the attacking team, play will restart with an uncontested drop ball for the defending team."
An Away Move Posted 18 May 2021 Posted 18 May 2021 Telling you know this match is set up for a smash and grab. They’ll come at us even harder and forget we can undo them.
splinterdream Posted 18 May 2021 Posted 18 May 2021 (edited) This is absolutely fine for me, keep frustrating them, we only need 1 chance, a point here would be amazing Edited 18 May 2021 by splinterdream 1
KrefelderFox666 Posted 18 May 2021 Posted 18 May 2021 We all know that we will make a mistake to let Chelsea score. Luck our way through most of the game then one howler kills us. I feel like if Chelsea go 1 up they might relax a bit and control the game without pushing too much.

Tielemans had no idea he is there and then he sticks his foot in Yeah, probably. I think we're all just speculating really.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 18 May 2021 Posted 18 May 2021 Souness spouting complete shite. The only explanation is mental illness.
SixtiesFox Posted 18 May 2021 Posted 18 May 2021 Not a fun watch but we have hung in there. Brendan needs to change something. If we are not offering anything going forward what is the point of Maddison being on the field. Hardly had a sniff. Praet and Nacho for Maddison and Perez? 1

Tielemans was already in his downswing, nothing he could do to avoid it. Who says you can't? There is no rule to say that. Vardy has done it plenty of times just getting his foot inbetween the ball and player Edited 18 May 2021 by hejammy 1
lee7 Posted 18 May 2021 Posted 18 May 2021 Lucky to have made it through to half time with the match still at 0-0! I hope we provide more of a threat in the second half
RowlattsFox Posted 18 May 2021 Posted 18 May 2021 If Tielemans was shooting and a defender put his leg in the way, Tielemans would be rolling on the ground and we'd be demanding a free kick. Werner is trying to win a penalty, not go for the ball. 99% of the time will be given a penalty though.
Riyad_Suarez Posted 18 May 2021 Posted 18 May 2021 You can't create and miss this many opportunities and win games at this level. I'm going to be when we win this 1-0.
