I think we'll be going in the last 32/16 (depending where we finish in our group) at best, can't see anything being allowed for the group stages.

 

Pointless even booking and risking it, I'll just lose out on a couple of hundred quid.

BTW we need to finish top so we can get a bye to the quarter finals. So give us beatable teams from pot 1 and not Monaco or Leverkusen.

I'd saved some of my work holidays for any potential European trips, but it's looking less likely, and I was starting to question if I just wait the knockouts with so much uncertainty. Feels like there may be a few too many hoops to jump through.

 

Won't be cancelling the days off just yet mind.

Slavia Prague on the ropes here. Would put Braga into pot one - which I think would be the easiest side we could get in that.

To be fair Monaco have been poor in Ligue 1 so far

Reckon you want to avoid a Spanish side as that would inevitably mean a quite hard group. They're always good in the Europa League and the fact they would be added to a pot 1 opposition.

 

We've shown we can take Braga. I think you'd want them from a qualification point of view.

 

Braga, Ludogorets and Omonia probably the easiest group.

 

Olympiakos, Sparta Prague and Ferencvaros the best trips if we can go I'd say - that's actually a very winnable group as well.

Great minds. I think you want to avoid Galatasaray as well.

 

Napoli, Real Sociedad and Galatasaray. I think we should be capable of getting through any group we get but it wouldn't be inconceivable we went out of that.
