So if West Ham won he europa and Spurs or Arsenal for 4 th place would they los the champions league spot in favour of west ham?

No, 4th spot is a CL place unless Liverpool or Man City win the CL and somehow drop out the top 4 with West Ham winning the EL

If a Leicester player did what that Braga player did - scream in the ref's face after getting a yellow to get a 2nd and be sent off, I'd be furious about the lack of discipline.
