Honestly, at this point I can't help but buy into the tinfoil brigade and think there's a betting syndicate laughing into their champagne somewhere in a Shanghai bar right now. 1 million Yuan on OG for golden boot!

Spain are a quality forward away from probably winning the whole thing. Alas, they have Morata so they'll lose 1-0 to France in the quarters.

I really rate her as a co-commentator. :dunno:

 

The fact that Emma Hayes and Ally McCoist are available and people with real ears and brains would rather listen to the likes of Jermaine Jenas and Martin Keown is baffling.

It was obviously a keeper howler but...

 

....I recall a similar Charlton own goal in a play off final a few years ago where the studio at the time mentioned players are trained to (and should be) passing to either side of the goal incase something like that happens. Interesting that its even considered but I guess it makes sense on the off chance that if the goalie misses it then its a corner conceded rather than a goal.

Yeah what she says is ok but for me it’s the accent and incorrect name pronunciations. I mean Applelaketter please…
