We are allowed new fans whichever year they start to join us.

far too many here too quick to jump to conclusions as to why players may or may not have been seen first day back. Holiday bookings and travel arrangements are a nightmare this year, even if "staycationing".

Even if players are (a big if) having to isolate doesn't necessarily mean its due to being abroad etc. Remember lots of these guys have young families, if their kids have been potentially exposed at school, then they will be required to isolate until two negative tests. Same goes if their wives/partners picked it up at their own workplace etc. FFS people catch it from shopping in asda/morrisons/tesco etc

Perhaps those not seen in pics were having their pre season fitness/medical tests carried out at the time? 

Maybe they had a breakdown on the way and were waiting for the AA to turn up. Their gran might be ill. There are plenty of far more likely and reasonable reasons than some of the salacious stuff that has been suggested and bandied about here and elsewhere.

Honestly though, were hardly missing anything. Manager or player interviews would just be saying they're excited to get going and enjoying the facilities.

Not sure which thread to put it in given it’s been mentioned in a few/ the Maddison transfer thread is locked. 
 

But why is he not in pre season yet/ been shown in the footage (looks like he’s there in a few blurry shots)?


Covid breach?/ impending move to the Arse?/ something else?

Haven’t seen anything since the apparent Sun article was to be released a couple of days ago? 

 

Realise it’s likely to all be circumstantial so feel free to dm me/ delete as appropriate.

Exactly the same happened last pre-season and we were rife with rumours around players being fined for breaking protocol and Rodgers supposedly livid. I think the club just want to focus on training and hope that everyone else just fcuks off for a bit and leaves them alone. No problem my end if he would at least put out a statement saying g a left footed right winger was guaranteed to be joining and that I'd be on the panel.
