Perez had a really good half, Ricky is looking back to his best and with Betran taking the corners and free kicks our centre halves could get 5 to 10 goals this season.

Their season starts on the same date as ours ……of course we have the community shield but it’s certainly not two weeks …

Ricky P back to the player we loved before his injury

Perez showing that he can play

Bertrand......incredible first half

Barnes goal was a typical Barnes wonder goal

Vardy looked ok

Defence looked tight

Ndidi living up to his man mountain tag

Tielemans and Maddison running the show in midfield

Unfortunately Kaspar let the side down by doing absolutely nothing!!

Hahahaa I do wonder if Ward-Prowse hogging them ALL at Southampton has hidden a very capable dead ball specialist. I don't recall him being that good throughout his career bit then again he's been at Southampton for ages.

Without exaggerating, probably 3 million times better than the preceding games! Two assists for Bertrand. Flowing football at last and showing attacking intent. Phew 😊

Hard not to get excited when the lads look this up for it but just like we were saying after the last few pre season friendlies, they don't mea.... Stuff it! We are going to win the league aren't we?!
