You just know we’ll lose this 2-1 now.
We’ve lost that killer instinct to ruin teams when we go 1-0 up.
Cags, for me, is shit without Evans.
All round it’s just flat.

Some right wingers with pace would be nice

Then they can be as productive as our left winger with pace

He needs to stop persisting with trying to play players in to form like Madders. Bench him for a while and let others have a go. It's not good for motivation for them to constantly sit on the bench. We also signed new players - play them!

Agree. He moved his foot towards soy and basically tripped himself up. That said why on earth did he feel the need to slide in like that

THIS. Hallelujah! Someone with eyes 👀!

Lack of fit centre backs has knock on effects on the whole team. Youri and Wilf are babysitting the defence and we struggle to get forward threateningly.

Hopefully we get something out of the game and Evans is fit after the international break. It'll be a different story then

Shouldn't need to babysit the defense should be playing there natural game because babysitting them is making the midfield look championship standard or below.

Hopefully Evans and Vestergaard can become the CB pairing after the break. We are going to haemorrhage goals with Soyuncu like this. Amartey has done very little wrong since coming in to be fair to him. Limited on the ball, but solid.

I swear some of you lot are turning in to Gooner clones.

Again, it's a stonewall penalty. Cags goes flying off his feet to ground, gets nowhere near the ball and wipes the defender out. How is that not a pen. lol

The only reason they watched it so many times is because refs and VAR are still getting used to new protocol about toughening up what constitutes a penalty. But there's plenty of contact there it's obviously getting given.

Only got ourselves to blame for not winning. Vards should have a brace and probably an assist. Our whole attacking midfield has been garbage.

That's as close to a stonewall penalty as you'll ever see.

It's not though. He's doesn't even slide towards the guy never mind into him. He slides parallel to him in an attempt to block the anticipated cutback but the guy keeps going instead and angles into Cags once he's already on the ground.

Doesn't matter now I suppose

We had one consistently good player in the second half of last season who repeatedly saved our blushes: Kelechi Iheanacho. The rest have been substandard bar the odd game of two for quite a while. So why does Rodgers persist in keeping him off the pitch and allowing Maddison to stroll around in a daze?

You are so wrong about that it’s almost laughable. Anyway. It was given.

And you're the only person in the country who's clever enough to see the truth?

Something isn't right with us at all, can't put my finger on it but all does not seem well with the manager and players

I dont think it's that!.

It's the ****ing team selections that's killing us off.

Just picking players for the starting 11 who don't deserve it.

Honestly

Cags must have been 3/10

Albrighton 4/10

Barnes 4/10

Maddison 3/10

If I put a shift in at work like they have been doing I'd of been sacked or docked money weeks ago

Not if we are going to play 4-2-3-1.

Would need us to change formation

Exactly.

Plus, if we were dead set on this formation we should have prioritized signing a RW. Pérez/Albrighton were never going to be good enough.

We’ve improved a bit since the porn star drubbing but not enough Cags is still a nightmare in defence We looked better for first 6 minutes til Ricardo came off then it all went Tits up, Brendan has to stop choosing players who continue to underperform Albrighton is not the answer on the right wing would rather have seen Praet but let’s hope second half we come out and win this stop making a poor Norwich look good !!

WAKE UP LEICESTER!!

Still feel Maddison could be finished as a top flight player with that injury he’s got. You can see he looks scared to do too much

He actually looks scared without and before the injury

I was gonna do my own analysis but can't be bothered. You've all said it pretty much. If I were Brendan I'd be giving an almighty bollocking to every single one of them except big Dan ironically who hasn't put a foot wrong to his credit. We look poor, weak, unprepared, unmotivated and unconvincing! Massive changes in subs needed. We need fresh blood out there to change it up as its all gone foul.

4-4-2 - Iheanacho for Maddison and one of the ball boys for Soyuncu 2nd half and we should still win this. :scarf:
