Curious... we'll have to see what our OHL friends say about him. He doesn't seem to fit the profile of what Enzo looks for in a LB though, unless that's set to change. Odd.

I’ll take him but only if he puts Junior on his shirt and pretends to be Brazilian…

Linked with Adam Hlozek from Leverkusen. He's got the attributes to be the perfect type of forward for this system. He's still only 21 and was coveted by most of the top European sides.

 

It's not been a huge success for him in his 2 seasons there and if this were a PL side that owned such a player a decent deal could be had, hopefully we can do it favourably. Loan with an option to buy for £15m or something.

Very likely. This one makes so much sense - we were after McAtee last summer before he went to Sheff Utd, he's not going to trouble Man City's first team squad any time soon and Maresca knows him well from when he coached their under-23s. In fact, I'll be amazed if he ISN'T in our squad of 25 on 1st of September (assuming of course that we don't somehow foul up this season at the last minute).

He's not been a huge success there and they have won the Bundesliga and will have licence to push on with new additions. A great time to pick him up on the cheap.
