I don't think I've ever clocked this Tanner in Cardiff stuff I've seen. Ruben Colwill was the one I liked the look of last season. 1

It should be a mixture of signings to improve the 11 and future potential signings. 1

That’s the pool we’re shopping in at the moment, it would be sensible but does sound like the Rennes deal is happening. They have the upper hand because they will let Celtic get their ex player back.
