This.

He needs to go, we’re being sucked into the relegation battle and nothing is changing.

But who takes over is there anyone to replace him, we need the team to step up too trouble is far too many not giving BR the chance even before the game has started really thinking we need to write this season off as damn bloody awful far too many injuries sickness and bad luck go for Damage limitation for the rest of the season and hope BR gets a decent war chest to rebuild and replace the ones leaving and the ones that should be leaving that way we can start a fresh next season from game 1; Trouble is that we have been spoiled last few seasons with results top 5 finishes etc we just need to start again with new players and get us back to top performances again !

If Burnley win their game in hand, we’re only seven points above the drop zone. How can we not be acknowledging we are in a battle to stay up with 16 games to go? 🤔

Exactly. The complacency of some is mind-boggling.

Really don't know why we play high balls into the box from set pieces. We don't have enough height or good enough set piece takers to be affective.

Forget the past two seasons, we’re shit and have been for about 18 months now.

He’ll waste the warchest and we’ll be in an even worse position.

It’s gone stale, he needs to go. Form is shocking, defence is terrible and it shows no signs of improving.

Injuries are not an excuse to constantly defend poorly btw, set pieces and basic stuff shouldn’t matter who’s on the pitch.

I think reality will hit home soon enough when we’re dragged into the relegation battle.

For Wolves second, I do not think it should have been disallowed, Kasper’s view was not obscured by. Wolves player and he was not looking at those in the ‘offside’ positions

The handball and Kasper punch though…..

If you watch the replay you can see Kaspar peer both ways round the wolves player trying to decide which way to dive.

Cracking attacking display, should have scored more.

Defensive injuries have cost us this season.

Get to the summer and Brendon will sort it.

We might even win a European cup along the way.

Love how you misspelled your name there BR just to throw us off the scent 😂

how about some points?

Well there is that, I think we were very unlucky, but compared to the dross we’ve been watching the last few months I’m feeling more optimistic.

We were the better team. Onwards and upwards.

This season is a write off - has been since October.

Since we signed Vestergaard and Bertrand IMO

Some of the comments here are reading far too much into what is a simple game.

Sometime - albeit a minority of times - the better team loses. That happened today.

Wolves didn’t even have to get out of 1st gear to beat us, that says it all really.

Much rather lose like that.

They tried hard and the football wasn’t boring, can’t ask for much more.

Absolutely right about the effort today. The problem is when you're 2-1 down in the last qtr of a game you know the opposition are going to defend in numbers.

The decision to sub 1 lone striker for another, neither of whom are out and out number 9s, shows how much Rodgers understands about winning football matches.

Could easily have taken Albrighton or Tielemans off at that stage, or both with Madders coming on as well.

Sh*t managers decisions keep costing us every game.

Don't get why he doesn't play Nacho and Daka they seem to play well as a pair not on there own

I would have preferred us to play the diamond formation before kick off so we could play both of them together but our shape caused Wolves so many problems.

And Albrighton played well too at RW, we seem to play better as a team when he starts. I think Kel should have started instead of Daka.

Shit result but slight improvement in terms of performance.

Defending was shoddy to start off with but improved as game went on until the winner.  We didn’t collapse like we have this season and managed to get ourselves back in the game with a really good goal.

Second half was a lot better, controlled the game in parts and had a lot of chances to put ourselves in front but really disappointing that we couldn’t take them. Thought Daka was very isolated up front, actually think he should be starting with someone next to him, so we decide to take him off for Nacho who was then isolated. Brendan really doesn’t want to play them both. Bringing Nacho on with Daka being on the pitch would have opened opportunities up for us as Nacho loves dropping in and collecting the ball from deep. I’m not saying this would of worked but we were chasing the game and are desperate for a win. I feel as if Brendan shoot’s himself in the foot with some substitutes.

On to the next one but it is becoming more and more a reality of us being dragged into a relegation dog fight if we don’t find some sort of consistency and form.

An encouraging display at times the game play when that silky smooth passing was amazing to see the pass from Youri to Kevin to square for Lookman to equalise was just quality, we’re making steps forward but unfortunately sometimes slip back into sloppy passing and shooting when we iron out those we’ll be back in the game more often !
