It's worrying that people are saying how much better we will be once Vardy, Fofana and Evans return. We might well be.

But the same arguments were trotted out for Ricardo and Justin. JJ was brought back stupidly in terms of game time and only now is Riccy starting to show signs again of what we know he can do.

We have 15 games left to salvage a league season and not get drawn into a relegation scrap. Thinking that returning players will just fit in, switch on and do the business is somewhat fanciful.

To all the negative posters, who think we will be in a relegation battle

Get your red, white & green scarfs from under your bed, get back down Welford Rd.

Maybe if you want a seasons of unadulterated success, follow Man City, Liverpool, or start following the new golden boys, Newcastle Utd.

I get fed up occasionally with our performances.
Looking at the bigger picture, we’ve never been so fortunate….a few trophies recently, truly great owners, a good squad (when fit), state of the art training facility, ground expansion pending. Stay positive.

I see you didn’t mention the manager.

I did say bigger picture, managers come & go, as do players.
Whatever your opinion is on BR, or mine, it won’t alter what we have & definitely won’t change what success we have had.

Difference is they are doing the basics well.

Thought we actually played OK today, typically frustrating result and continues the negative feeling about our current league form. I’ve really become disillusioned with our league games now, can’t really muster up much motivation as we’re in no man’s land and the seasons practically dead now.

Can’t keep conceding 2 goals a game, no calamitous ones today but we were poor in patches.

Might aswell go full strength at Randers as no game at the weekend. Wonder if we dare keep a clean sheet over there.

Wolves were poor. I will be surprised if they make top 6, let alone top 4.

Top 6 maybe but 7th or 8th isn't beyond them and they finished there twice under Nuno, last season is looking more like the outlier rather than being their level whatever people make of their style of play.

What the **** happened with VAR on the handball?

i swear when they showed their first goal their player was offside in the build up too? that was a clear handball too. dodgy af

West Ham and Wolves are good but not amazing sides. The fact we are so far behind them both is damning.

Only so far behind them in terms of points. But over the course of 90 minutes against either side we have done enough, and should have won both games.

Brentford at home now looks to be the crunch match. Burnley away is not easy and there’s a good chance we won’t be able to live with their style of play. There will be rumblings if we lose that but I think Rodgers future may rest on the Brentford match.

Lookman /Barnes.

3 at the back only works if we have wing backs, Ricardo is on top form but Thomas can't play as wingback, Justin could when he's back on form, I don't think you could play Ndidi either, we'd have no creativity

I thought Podence was very, very tight for being off. I was all geared up for it being disallowed but they never even stated it was being checked for offside.

NInth or tenth was my forecast before the season started. I'm just not very surprised. Very little chance, as you say of being in a relegation battle.

Well if we keep losing & the occasional draw I would say we will definitely be in a relegation battle. Bear in mind we still have away games against Arsenal, Manure, Spurs & Chelsea

Good performance I felt. Better touches and movement up front and we win that comfortably on another day. Another loss but performances today and second half against West Ham are encouraging signs going forward. Defensively I felt relatively comfortable for a change, two strikes from distance. Thought we nullified Wolves attack fairly well. Lookman had an excellent game, deserved his goal. Most importantly I’m warm and dry now!!! Weather was dire!!

They’re always checked …..I think the VAR’s are on a bonus for disallowing goals ……

Feel really down after the last two league games. Despite missing half our first XI we've basically outplayed both Wolves and West Ham, and yet still come out with just 1 point. Always find it worrying if you don't pick up points when you are the better team.

Can't take much satisfaction out of this given we conceded from pretty much every shot on target they had. We were a mess at set pieces again but got away with it and in the last week alone we've had 4 different minor injuries. I see no real evidence of improvement. If anything I think it shows there's plenty of scope for even further regression.

Don't pin your hopes on Fofana either, the poor lad got 2 quite serious hamstring injuries last season so with our track record of players post ligaments or fractures then he's good for another few as well 🥺

For Wolves second, I do not think it should have been disallowed, Kasper’s view was not obscured by. Wolves player and he was not looking at those in the ‘offside’ positions

The handball and Kasper punch though…..

I really need to watch this back because I swear Jiminez was offside and he was 100% in Kaspers eye line. The replay from behind the shot shows him actively shifting and looking around Jiminez just before the shot is hit

Yea I looked at the MOTD clip and he was on. I thought at the time he was off and was waiting for it to be chalked off.
