I’m actually disappointed it looks like Ronaldo will be out (as crazy as that sounds). Rashford always scores against us and his pace in behind now gives them another dimension.

I get what you are saying as Ronaldo was really poor against us at our place. Almost anonymous. Mind you I have been shocked at how poor Rashford has been in recent games. He has looked a shadow of his normal self devoid of confidence or desire. I think we should assume that an upturn in form will happen after the international break. That’s not to say we should pay them too much respect. We have a real chance here to register a win. We need to start brightly right from the off, be rock solid in the tackle and show intent and desire.  This should be a good game  I’m buzzing to watch this after the break and literally been counting down the days.

FT summed up!

I think it'll be a draw.

This is entirely down to the players , Rodgers will pick a strong team , if they don't compete , the fault will be theirs.

I wish I could get paid as much as he does to write 11 names on a whiteboard lol

I tell you what, I would love us to go and give these TV watchers a battering on their own patch. No reason why we cannot do that if we bring our A game too.

I think we will get something today. If we are organised for 60 minutes, the home crowd will be frustrated. They have to win to stay in the race for top four. There’ll be opportunities for us to score and with our improved back four, I can see us getting a point.

1-1 is my prediction.

From experience of watching Leicester for over 35 years I’ve found that this sort of thing is a certain recipe for disappointment

I think the fact we have Evans and Fofana back, and N’didi is out again, we will probably see the back five return.

With the right players I think it’s probably our best formation.

                            Kasper

             Fofana     Evans     Cags.
Justin                                              Castagne

                     Youri         KDH

                           Madders

                 Kelch              Barnes

I'm inclined to agree that he will probably go with a back five but I would also argue that Cags isn't the "right player" to play in that system. He always seems to struggle as part of a 3 man CB partnership.

They are in fact con men , its money that normally determines success which is usually connected to fanbase. Managers are too often stealing a living , they don't do the coaching, they do not have much of a say in recruitment. They are there to bullshit to the media and get blamed when things go wrong. Having said that , there are worse ways to earn a living.

Here's a horror stat, under Brendan Rodgers away from home against the so called big 6 when fans have been allowed in the ground we've played 9, drew once and lost 8. 1 was the cup QF penalties defeat vs Liverpool so call that a draw if you can't hack how bad this stat really is.

Ominous, we need a win.

In 50+ years I’ve realised it makes no difference at all. That said positivity is something that does make a difference to the way people feel and perform and it costs nothing.

I think a draw or a narrow controversial defeat. Our away form is disgusting.

I don't care - I'm sticking with the wild optimism for now.. WE CAN DO THIS!!!! :scarf::chant::trumpet: :D

So the fans will all boo maguire he will score in the first 15 mins run around holding his ear to the crowd while the Utd fans have a laugh and get excited then he will slip over his own feet allowing madders to walk past him and equalise then score an own goal followed by giving away a penalty and then get sent off all before half time 😂

I think this all depends on how well they press us. If the close us down fast they will win rather comfortably but if the sit off us and let us play, we will hurt them.

I've just moved to Manchester, starting a new job on Monday and by colleague, boss, boss' boss and half the office are all big Utd fans.

Praying we can at least put up a decent performance so it's not the only thing I hear about all week Haha. A win would obviously be amazing, but reckon it'll be a score-draw (we don't do clean sheets), which I think we'd be content with so long as we come through unscathed and ready for PSV.

Daka to score.
