In fairness, Nacho dropping in to a deep lying position back to goal to receive the ball has set up most of our attacks so far. 

 

He's also drifted in nicely to a perfect cut back from which he should have scored. 

 

We're just not doing enough of that and nobody in blue has been clinical in the final third. Fortunately nobody in red has either.

We’re playing one of the slowest cbs in the league but have left our rapid striker on the bench and not put a single ball in behind? Bring Lookman and Daka on and move Maddison into the 10 position behind Daka.

If barnes and kel had taken their chances we would be ahead.  Played decent though. Mendy done well and KDH. Evans composed as ever. Maddison needs to get in it more though. Kel needs to press harder as their defence looks shakey. I don’t like fofana being on a card and cags on the bench. Otherwise let’s be more assertive. We can take these. Quick triangles will cut through them. We have done that a couple of times. More of it in the second half.
