One of the top Italian sides or Chelsea maybe. Also would likely represent a significant outlay, think I’ve read about €40million, whereas Ndicka or Niakhaté for example would likely be a lot cheaper. That being said if we’re genuinely in for him and could give them Praet in exchange then he looks like he’d be a great signing for us.
