Laughable

Actually laughable

To paraphrase one of my favourite Red Dwarf quotes, the media are the cancerous polyp on the anus of football.

It is very funny that they've circumnavigated various rules or whatever but did it by buying players like Cenk Tosun you have to admit

doesn’t really matter what they did with it. They knew they’d broken the rules and yet still went out and splashed the cash this summer when they shouldn’t have been allowed a penny. Didn’t they sign Onana for 40m.

If they’d spent what they were allowed… they would be down it’s as simple as that

An example of how succession planning can work against you. Player power is an absolute joke these days.

As much as we want to pile on rudkin for our contract situation there is genuinely an element of the game changing and that being why it’s so common for players to run down contracts these days

Cant work out if its worse if he's trolling or deluded.

I think the thing that pisses me off most about Everton isn't the fact that they've cheated at our expense, it's that they poached Steve Walsh off us after we won the league, ignored his expertise, expected him to hit the ground running in a position he wasn't familiar with and squandered every opportunity he brought for them then sacked him barely after barely 2 years.

No wait it's both.

Even if he leaves for free, he only cost them around £3m. He's more than paid for himself.

And now they have his replacement there already, they can sit on him all summer and wait for other clubs.

Really interesting step from Brentford.

Probably see more to come I think in the coming years. Always thought Hope Powell would eventually get a men team job, I know she held talks with Grimsby while England boss.

Leeds United’s chairman Andrea Radrizzani offered to use the club’s Elland Road stadium as security for a £26million bank loan which his company, Aser, and a bidding partner, Gestio Capital, intended to use to complete a takeover of the Italian club Sampdoria

The spurs shortlist is pretty depressing to read for a spurs fan. Marco Silva, Enrique and Postecoglu

If you look at their form over the last 10 games, they are potentially in big trouble. They are going to have recruit really well, but without the lure of european football. Surprise package to struggle next season.

Rodgers not on that list?

As long as they have Kane, they have 20-30 goals per season guaranteed. But they'll be at risk of dropping to mid table at most.

If kane goes, then they'll be in trouble.

Article just lists the 3 I've mentioned.

I'm genuinely convinced his stock has fallen because of how he's let us drop. It's now not a one club where he'd left them in a mess, it's multiple now.

Kane-less, European-less spurs being rejected by everyone and picking up a Nuno would be hilarious. particularly if they didn't recover and we passed them on the way back up

All are privileged here, try being relegated or having been down to league one/league two.

Everton fans in my life time haven't experienced any sort of "hard" times.

If Brentford think shes good, she probably is... we should have been the ones to offer her this. Our youth teams are run by dinosaurs.

She has too much hair to coach our academy sides/U21
