Everton have something to play for so it gives atleast some meaning for what is an end of season friendly for us. I'm not sure that will mask the overriding sense of a failed season and wasted opportunities though. I expect a very flat, deflated atmosphere today. I think I'll find it more annoying if we actually turn up and play well after midweek!

If we dont dpeak up then nothing will change.  I dont think brendans ideas are going to be a helpful basis for rebuilding or for next season.

Don’t have much enthusiasm. 
 

Going through the motions of going down to have a pint and hope we win.

Really, well I would be very interested to hear about them either way as I am struggling. I think if there were some genuine candidates around Rodgers might be under more pressure than in reality he is now.

He is really testing my patience with the dull boring football but I can’t think of anyone who would come that I would have faith in.

Care more about Richarlison being in my FPL team than this game tbh, season is over. Hopefully we play some youth players in the closing weeks to give them some experience.

I'm only going because I want Everton to get relegated and have been supporting anyone playing them. 

 

If I get served up more flaccid football with no bollocks or cutting edge then the manager is getting my attention.

Please let's not do this. Cheer the team on and if we are shite (again) and 5th, 5th, 12th and an FA Cup aren't for you then go for it when the rest of us have left.

Feels fairly even with Everton needing the points more than us but at £50 a ticket any “on the beach” attitude will be intolerable. Some things I’d like to see - Harvey start to develop an understanding with whoever plays left back, a goal or two for Daka, something, just something from Soumare and if Youri shakes his head and gestures “not to me I might get hurt and x club have already agreed terms with my agent” then drag him off and give Hamza a game, he’ll never hide ( a bit difficult with that Barnet). Oh and Richarlison in tears please.
