Find it weird saying 'who gives a fvck' or 'who cares' etc etc.

Sunday will be a great time to give a good reception to the players and if anything, there's still a fair amount to play for. Not least showing fans they still care.

Yeah were out of Europe but I'd personally still like to finish the season on a high.

Don't think the players share your attitude.

We didn't turn up for a European semi with the prize being europa league for next season which would have totally salvaged a shit season.

They won't give a **** about the remaining league games.

Says more about the players, and what they think of club & fanbase..

I would be ready to have those flip-floppers ( if any, no matter who) direct on the transfer list the next day..

I don't mind a massive turn around if they don't come out to play...Every single one of them have been backed by Club & manager, through long injuries....

Time to return favour & show respect to the terraces... Owners ,The club, & badge they wear..

Fk- this playing for the manager crap, the club pays 'em we support them...end of!!

This is more against such posts & agendas nonsense...

The thing is though they know they won't get the hair dryer treatment no matter what.

Players used to play for Fergie regardless. Call it fear, or respect but they did whatever the circumstances. Leeds players gave everything for Revie, complete respect.

I bet Everton will be more up for this game than us. If they are then it's the manager's fault as well as the players. I hope I'm wrong and we compete equally. We'll see.

Our next three games are against the bottom three with an almost fully fit squad.

There are no excuses for not getting maximum points and ensuring a top-half finish.

But with Rodgers’ clueless tactics and a bunch of players who are either out of form or demotivated, I’ll honestly be surprised if we get more than one.

We can still fight for 7th. Based on our next 3x fixtures we have no better opportunity to get higher up the league.

They didnt fight yo get into an European final, what makes you think they give a toss about 7th!!!

I don't think they didn't try. Their priority will focus on the league.

Now that we have a mostly fit squad,  I want to see the strongest possible XI for this. Sick of seeing our reserve team in the PL this season. Aim should be to win all 5 games left and see where that takes us. Until 7th is mathematically impossible we should not be giving debuts to youth players.

Considering the fact that we seem to have pissed our opportunities in Europe away it makes no sense really to try to get in again. We´ll just roll over as we (mostly) do....

Neither we or Players are Robots...

Plus you mention two exceptional top producing club managers and their clubs in their pomp.

We haven't earnt that pomp,or been financially near..not even the pre PL-Leeds side...And to be honest they didn't really have successfull regular European campaigns...

Fans get very frustrated then demand action ,that many managers don't use.

Media is full of crap & odd outbursts, are not the norm, just convenient feed for clickbait, that satisfy whims of fans who must have some benign reason for their clubs lack of form. plus we really don't know what happens in City's dressing room....

I'm just talking about a one-off game tomorrow, not the seasons' form, and just questionong which team will be the most up for it, with us on the back of a European defeat.

Like I say, we'll see.

I wouldn't say getting to a semi final is and losing to Roma is pissing our opportunities away. Might as well dissolve the club with your attitude. Thankfully I don't think many share it.

So, you have got Everton who are fighting for their lives to stay in the Premier League. High on confidence and churning out results.

Then you have us, couldn't motivate ourselves for a European Semi final against Roma.

Might as well forfeit the 3 points now and save on the electric bill at the stadium.

All the usual punters seem to have this game down as an Everton win. Leaves me wondering if we are as bad as they think we are and if we are we must be really bad.

Everton high on confidence? Jeeze, if we think our players need to toughen up, i don't know what needs to be done about the fans. Everton are definitely fighting for their lives, but they are certainly not high on confidence. If their away form continues as usual, then Everton are potentially in serious, serious trouble. For all the melting going on right now, remember we haven't lost at home since January.

We will be there, and the won't be any excuses not to make some noise. I want to try and finish the season on a high note if we can.
