Credit where it's due he's looked a lot better in recent games. Though IMO Faes in front of him has grabbed that defence by the scruff of the neck and sorted them out. But players like Amartey and Justin have sorted themselves out and he's under less pressure now, and it's helping his game.

Yes. He is not a goalkeeper whom we can rely on to make saves or saves anyway. Once he had to face too many shots on target match, he will be over. Will be exposed against City. But yes he can be given time now and see whether he will be a long term solution before we decided to buy another GK.

Looks very comfortable now with a confident back line. Good to see that confidence growing behind him and the defence.

Showing that he is not a great goalkeeper, who is capable of keeping a CS when the backline is awful, like Dean Henderson

Still think he will cost us more than he saves us, but faultless today.

He is still costing us more than saves us at the moment. Conceded the most goals in the league. Had the lowest whoscored rating in average among the 20 starting goalkeepers.

But he played better these 2-3 matches.

Let’s see how will he fare when he plays against the big teams/ mid table teams in the upcoming fixtures

It would be too little, too late. By the way we are facing Man City next match, I’m afraid his honeymoon period (against 4 poor sides in 5 matches)  will end.

Alright Daniel, your chance will come

I'm not 100% sold on him either but is anyone else finding a certain poster's continual spamming of this thread slightly disturbing?

Yeah it’s weird. Doesn’t make easy reading either which is quite annoying lol

Christ, can he not get praised on merit for his performances of late too? So negative after he's had his (arguably) best game in a Leicester shirt...

After 7 games Leicester had conceded the most goals in Premier League history. After 12 games Leicester have the joint 2nd highest number of clean sheets this season. Might need to read that twice.

Yeh Ward was immense today. We've always known the root of our problems was confidence. Ward did every aspect of good goalkeeping right today. How can we slate him? Gotta give hims some credit as he's taken enough flack recently.
