Hamilton Fox Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 He was about perfect today, did everything great let’s hope he keep it up 1
Popular Post Corky Posted 23 October 2022 Popular Post Posted 23 October 2022 To be fair, the fans at the match have always backed him. Four clean sheets in five will improve his confidence. 5
HankMarvin Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Let’s give him some well deserved credit, before the next game 👀 1
mucfox Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 two monster saves - a new Kasper is born (hopefully)
ParkerPen Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 looked like a number one today - didnt think he had that in him... more please
Lambert09 Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 it’s amazing how much better a keeper looks when your defence aren’t letting players waltz through on goal every 5 minutes 3

Though IMO Faes in front of him has grabbed that defence by the scruff of the neck and sorted them out. But players like Amartey and Justin have sorted themselves out and he's under less pressure now, and it's helping his game. Yes. He is not a goalkeeper whom we can rely on to make saves or saves anyway. Once he had to face too many shots on target match, he will be over. Will be exposed against City. But yes he can be given time now and see whether he will be a long term solution before we decided to buy another GK. 1
martyn Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Still think he will cost us more than he saves us, but faultless today. 1
Buzzell Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Looks very comfortable now with a confident back line. Good to see that confidence growing behind him and the defence.

He is still costing us more than saves us at the moment. Conceded the most goals in the league. Had the lowest whoscored rating in average among the 20 starting goalkeepers. But he played better these 2-3 matches. Let’s see how will he fare when he plays against the big teams/ mid table teams in the upcoming fixtures
Guest Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Much improved, well done to him and indeed the whole defence. Hope it continues.
StriderHiryu Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Get this, only Nick Pope and Ederson have more clean sheets this season than Danny Ward 4
SouthStandUpperTier Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 I'm not 100% sold on him either but is anyone else finding a certain poster's continual spamming of this thread slightly disturbing? 2 2

Yeah it’s weird. Doesn’t make easy reading either which is quite annoying 2

So negative after he's had his (arguably) best game in a Leicester shirt... 2

Vindaloo FOX Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 After 7 games Leicester had conceded the most goals in Premier League history. After 12 games Leicester have the joint 2nd highest number of clean sheets this season. Might need to read that twice. 2
foxfanazer Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Fair play to him. I don't think he's of the required ability for us but you can clearly see he's growing in confidence and isn't hiding 1

cruzFOX Posted 23 October 2022 Posted 23 October 2022 Yeh Ward was immense today. We've always known the root of our problems was confidence. Ward did every aspect of good goalkeeping right today. How can we slate him? Gotta give hims some credit as he's taken enough flack recently. 1
