We have wanted to get forward but Barnes is having a poor game. A few times he's got in okay positions but seemed a bit lazy and given away possession.

He set up Vardy for that chance but apart from that he's done nothing.

Glad I’ve not bothered going to this, sounds absolutely dire.

Not very good at all. Saints have conceded 63 goals this season and we have yet to register a shot on target.

Yep

Literally zero shots on the goal

I think we've played well. Castagne should have scored, and we've been one pass away from scoring a number of times with Vardy the biggest culprit, when perhaps he should have shot first time instead of passing.

But it's definitely a last game of the season type of match. Nothing to play for so neither team really going hell for leather.

As per usual, though we do a good job controlling games, we don't make enough chances from that control. That plus the defensive frailty are the biggest issues that need resolving in the summer.

All that said, James Maddison has been different gravy. Some of his touches and passes have been sublime. He is in top, top form. Get him the ball in a good position and he could be the difference maker.

Be careful, this time next season we might have loved a 'nothing to play for' borefest.

For all the wrong reasons we might be busy checking on scores elsewhere.

Ever sit back and think “I’ll give it a break today”?

One nice aspect of being at the game is missing the online misery.

That, and Liverpool being referred to as 'murderers', as if that's in any way acceptable.

well you do seem to manage despite being there.......:)

This formation leaves us with so little creativity against any half organised defence.

Just think... Next season we will have new players playing this formation and probably same results 😆

Fair point, but dipping in rather emphasises my point. I miss all the rest now.

Come on Leicester!

Agree re Maddison. We need to do this 433 and get him into the 10 position ASAP.

Probably already been posted but surely better than the football today was seeing Lloyd Dyer back at the KP. Cult hero!

The amazing thing about that picture is that Dyer was bald by choice back then.

The good news: Everyone is on the beach.

The bad news: It’s that beach in the M. Night. Shyamalan film that ages everyone and kills people
