ALC Fox Posted 1 September 2022 Posted 1 September 2022 There's something about this guy that's out of the ordinary. He doesn't look particularly pacy and he doesn't appear to be a bag of tricks. But the way he beats his man is seriously impressive. He must have a drop of the shoulder or other little movements that deceive defenders. They know what he's about to do but he's just able to cut inside. Whether he can translate it to Premier League level is a question without an answer yet but he would've been worth the gamble. He's a different player to Callum Wright but I guess Wright is in a similar boat, we just don't know if he can make the step up. In years gone by, we would've gambled on players like them. I'd really like to see us be brave again and give some rough diamonds a chance.
