I’ve heard £100m. Not sure if that’s just today or the previous 10 days too.

edit - worth noting I’ve never put on such an extravagant event so I could be way out.

I have no idea but it'll be breathtaking.

And, crucially, it will be footed by the tax payer.

Somewhere in this huge ballpark 😂😂

Bagpipes are a hard listen.

Mate, I'm Scottish and have always hated the sound of bagpipes. Not a popular opinion up here though.

All the people are just re assigned from existing jobs - police, army etc etc

so the labour costs aren’t going to be overly extortionate

This bit, with no mawkish fill-time commentary over the pictures, is the best bit of the entire mourning period.  BBC should have done more of this.

Kind of sad to see Edward quietly taking his hanky out and wiping his eyes. Must be hard to feel like you have to hold back the tears at your own mother’s funeral because it’s made into a ludicrous public spectacle

I’m the opposite, a proud Englishman not a single link to Scotland family wise, but I love the sound of bagpipes!

What medals does Mike Tindall have??

World Cup winners medal?

Serious answer though, he had an MBE and medal for the two Jubilees, which every member of the family has, even Viscount James who's only 14.
