It’s more likely that he’ll have his medical today, fly home tomorrow, train on Saturday, seek international clearance some time on Thursday next week and not get registered in time for Walsall..

Yes it's the Leicester way - Probably hasn't even got a visa

You're not the first to be confused by me :D

There have been many stories down the years of fans going to away matches in Europe and never coming home. Thought that perhaps you may've done that when we played away at Copenhagen.

Haha! Ahh I get ya!

It was an independent decision, I do get down to see FCK quite a bit however.

Defence is the priority for me. A winger would be great but even if creating a goal/assist every game it's pointless if the defence is still shipping 3 at the other end.

Amen to that.

This lad also looks like he can pass the ball forward from defence at times which would make a nice change.

Stats for the player from Football Manager. FM to give it some credit is surprisingly good for this sort of stuff! You've got a player who already has decent attributes, but when you consider the guy is only 20 years old, the growth potential is huge.

His heading ability is a bit of a concern, and I've heard that from FCK fans too, that it's an area he could improve given his height, but it's perhaps now as bad as it's listed here. Everyone in real life speaks highly of his mental attributes and IMO at top level football that's the difference between making it and not. And it looks like VK is already very strong in this area.

I think overall we should expect a player who comes in and is initially solid rather than a superstar, but one we should be hoping starts to shine in 2-3 years time.

Impressive FM stats and those that dismiss FM as just a game are way off the mark.

Out of curiosity how does Thomas on FM compare?

Desperate for goals... buying a left back

Aside from the first few games this season we’ve had zero issue scoring goals. Defence has been the issue for about 2 years now.

Very harsh on Youri, that.

For his reputation I personally think he's largely been very poor with the odd good game. There's a reason nobody wants him on other than a free.

Or we’ve scored 1 in 4 since the restart? 🫣

I do like the look of this signing though.

Luke has better base technical stats, but weaker mental and physical ones. Which sounds accurate! Thomas is not the most confident or switched on. Kristiansen's stats will also be heavily factored by him playing in the Danish Superligaen, so hard to accurately say how those technical stats match to the Premier League.

This is where FM does a surprisingly good job. It's always impossible to know until a signing happens, but the Thomas ones seem quite accurate.

Thomas is heavier than Kristiansen while being an inch shorter? Where??? He looks like a twig compared to Kristiansen

Probably skeletal mass. I had a check up in the Gym recently and got a 93/100 (go me), but I am heavy for my size, even though I don't look it. I quite literally have big bones, or rather those bones have more bone to them than your typical person. I asked the physician there and they said it's quite common to see.

Everyone is unique and different!

Solid start and hopefully an upgrade on Thomas, not going to turn our season around on his own though (he's no Robert Huth 😉)

If nothing else, he'll allow Thomas to step out of the firing line for some time and to work on his game in a way Chilwell did. He's had some good games for us but will suffer far more than the older players when the team is low on confidence.

On the other hand if he is asked to make way for an even younger player , he may be considering his future with club. I wouldn't blame him at all.

Yes. We need to stop the ball getting near the tw*t between the sticks.

One of three players we need sorted, now go and get the other 2.

Let's be greedy, a CB, a winger and a keeper now please.  A man can dream can't he?

3, we need a keeper too

Doubt that'll happen but we'll see!

LB, CB and winger I reckon.
