Thought we were pretty poor to be honest, against a League Two side with what is pretty much our first team line up to begin with.

 

Kristiansen seemed more involved in play than Thomas tends to be, but difficult to tell in the short time he was on.

 

Anyway, we're through to the 5th Round!

Kristiansen does look good. Clear up grade and a big mobile unit.

 

The performance will get criticised, but I thought it was ok. We were very wasteful up front, but everything else was ok.

 

These games are always tricky and at least we didn’t bottle it and shit our pants.

Don't think we were as poor as some have made out. Usually get bullied against these teams which wasn't the case which was a positive. Made it through is all that matters.

Completely uninspiring, poor finishing, and at times very sloppy passing


Victor - good signs 

Dennis - I love him

Harvey - gone missing

Papy - everywhere but shouldn’t have had to have been

Iversen - comfortable until the last 20 then an absolute bomb scare 

Madders - lacking sharpness

Rodgers - dwarf fraud

Kristisn looks absolutely fantastic!! No more Thomas hopefully.

 

Bbc man of the match = KDH, apparently "shown his class and quality". Utter 💩. I don't mind applauding him for his work rate but that statement I found nauseating.

He kept a clean sheet but looked nervy at times. 

 

Distribution was poor, hesitant coming off his line and got away with a couple of moments that he adapted well to, nearly fumbled a simple header on the line.

Kristiansen HAS to start and be our first choice LB. Barnes needs dropping. No where near good enough for lots of games. (please don't come back with his confidence blah blah, as honestly at this moment he doesn't seem to care as he thinks he just walks into the team) 

 

Faes played well. Nacho deserves to start but how many times have we said that. KDH, yes he works hard but he's technically lacking. 

 

Nice to see Madders back, he brings so much more quality in our play.

No risk football, no risk team selection, narrow win.

 

Several young players should have been mixed in today and the club gain from their integration.

 

Rodgers being Rodgers picked his first outfield 10 again, the only risk being taken was running them into the ground or injuring them.

 

Another £193k in the bank for BR, another week of feeling like we’re treading water before we drown.

They made a good comment in the commentary, form is a great leveller- not excusing ours, it’s needs to turn around right away

 

2nd half, was a lot more like it

I think there are some positives to take - 27 shots, albeit of a poor quality is good. Vic looks level headed and strong already, thought the return of KDH and Maddison together was strong, although Madders didn’t do loads.
