Palace wanted Elanga but Utd said no, so not sure that will be happening.

Harrison would be the more likely, but deadline day is always famous for some surprise moves, and Marc Albrighton going on loan is definitely a HUGE surprise. No one saw that coming. Or it could be another surprise player.

On deadline day players become available who previously weren't!

I really need to go for a run, but I’m rather enjoying constantly refreshing the official site and reading the ill-informed bollocks here on FT.

:plancque:

Went out for a 5k, struggled, came back to find no new signings and Albrighton might be leaving.

I see the Forest are still trying to sign yet more players. Their squad list is going to be like a phone book. Mad twats.

sort of reminds me of us when we went up in 2003/2004

I see the Everton fans are mad at the club’s owners for not “backing the manager” or similar bollocks, and not the fact that the true backers are suspected to be psychopathic Russian scumbags, laundering cash below the sanctions radar.

Coogan character. Perhaps a cult following but far from widely liked.

I know the character! My query was why you posted that! But...Albrighton had a cult following and was far from...

Next Window:

Can FT have an inbuilt live web call-in show built into this site? For deadline days only of course.

Perhaps hosted by @Ric Flair and a few FT seniors over webcam? Even if it were for a period roughly from 7pm onwards or something.

Sorry @Mark for throwing ludicrously expensive idea's around on your platform.. I thoroughly expect to be banned from proposing anything ever again.

If Harrison is a dud then the ACM/RW positions are as much of a worry as they already have been. Albrighton is gone as is perez. Tete is in which means he has has to hit the ground running on day one. The only saving grace is RP coming back from injury.

If either maddison or tete gets injured then our attack falls down again.
