I'm convinced he is still a good striker just needs to be playing in an appropriate formation for his skill set.  I think he will stay.

If we get Enzo as manager his preferred formation is 3-4-1-2 Daka playing off Nachos shoulder = Goals !

If nacho and vardy stay then daka doesn’t even get in the side in the championship- shows how terrible a signing he was

No way Vardy is a two game a week player anymore  he’d be an impact sub !

The championship is more physical but maybe a season in there would do him good. He needs a consistent run in the team but if he can't break into the team this season then I think it would be time to go. If Barnes was to go, I think he'd occupy the left hand side.

...I really hope not!!!

We just love playing players out of position, we shoehorn them in to get them into the team. This team has been unbalanced for years, we never sought to get it right and it was make do and mend to get us through. Let us hope the next manager looks at this and remedies our approach and drops players who are not impacting the team.

Most of the team has been dogshit under Rodgers. If we can somehow get a decent manager and a positive culture again we’ll see drastic improvements to a lot of our players, especially the currently underwhelming signings like Daka, Faes and VK.

Agreed. Daka had a lot of hype before he arrived and I think Liverpool's interest in him was genuine at the time too.

I personally think he could score a load in the Championship, especially if paired with Iheanacho

There will no doubt be interest in a number of our players, Daka included. This is mostly because of our relegation and obvious financial difficulties that come with that. I suspect a lot of this interest will come to nothing, as these clubs will be looking to get bargain deals due to our circumstances, and unless we are in full fire sale mode, which I don't think we are, then I expect these likely low ball offers for players like Daka, will be rejected and he stays along with Iheanacho.

Daka is a very good prospect. We will regret selling I can guarantee it - almost 🤣

Seriously think he and Itchy would get the goals we need. Don’t want to see any of our strikers leave.

Rather hold on to Daka. He isn’t the finished product and there’s definitely a lot of potential in him. He just needs a massive run in the side and next season being in the Championship will do him the world of good. Obviously everybody has their price though.

Think the confidence he'll gain from a season in the championship will make him.

Either that or it'll mark him as a failure and knock millions off his value.

If we can get a fiver for this tosspot we should take it without hesitation.

He's gash.

Is your username deliberately ironic?

Was about to say the same.   Some might say that Daka is a much better footballer than Realist Guy is at giving opinions.

Imo, there is a good chance that Daka will come good.   And he might be worth more than £5.

I’d pay a fiver for you to be transferred out.

He could be decent under new management who's able to get the team to play to his strengths. But he could just as likely be worse in a league where he'll get hacked down or bullied off the ball more often. I don't really care either way. I'd say see how he adapts until the window is about to close. Then potentially sell if it's viable. I'd much rather keep Iheanacho.

I’ll go on record and say that IF we keep Daka and IF he plays as first choice striker (unlikely as it looks like it’s going to be Vardy), then he’ll score many many goals in the Championship.

Daka’s confidence under Dodgers was shot to pieces. Like many of our players. I remain convinced there’s a top striker in there.
