It's just shite.  That's all you can say.

You can let it ruin your weekend or just laugh it off and shrug your shoulders.  It's the same week on week.  Freak result and performance occasionally doesn't paint over the fact we are a soulless club with no direction on a downward trajectory.

Top isn't going to sack Rodgers, he will let him run us into the ground that much is certain.  He's not got the balls to change anything.

But hey, it's a fun slow mo car crash isn't it?

Sums it up mate, sadly.

Against a ‘dog water’ side yeah. But against arsenal who are far better in EVERY single department and with our best player unavailable i would say 0-1 is about the best result we could have hoped for.

This is where we are right now. We can be brilliant in one off games. But we’re not a good side. We need investment and possibly a new manager. I just don’t think booing when we’ve lost 0-1 to Arsenal is good for anyone.

I can appreciate how good arsenal are, but they aren’t unbeatable, with the squad we have we should be giving them a good match. Personally I’d like to believe the booing is more an accumulation of 2 years of crap, rather than being solely about that match. I said before the Spurs, United and Arsenal game that the result didn’t matter a huge amount to me given where we are and how we’ve been for such a long time, performance and willingness to try is all that matters.

Arsenal were wank. Never seen sh1t housing like it. We did feck all. Horrible game, as I think if we showed some intent they were there for the talking.

Really flat in the ground today. Brendan gone super negative again.

Rightly so because the clubs decided to pick on the most vocal support in the stadium

12 points at home in 11 games including 3 wins. Only Saints have a worse record. Today was a complete waste, what has Mendy done to warrant being dropped.?????

This is very much the future for us next season without Maddison sadly.

Every game he’s been out this season we’ve looked out of our depth at Premier League level. Next season is going to be a serious slog to try and stay up.

This is the future under Brendan. It's going to be hard to stay up with him and his negative tactics going into games.

I think in the summer we need to invest heavy in the following.

1 X Proven Goal keeper to replace the grounds man they have in goal atm. I'm not having that Ward is a goal keeper.

2 X CAM'S

1 Left Winger

2 X Right Wingers

A creative CM.

The whole attacking dynamic is ****ing shocking at Leicester no ideas no clue they just look like a bunch of amatuers

Need to invest in a new manager.

That’s exaggeration of the extreme. Defensively our effort was huge - we restricted them to very few chances

eh, not really. we stood off and allowed them to pass it to their hearts content,  but they had no need to try and extend the lead so just played keepball for an entire half

I'm not sure why we bothered to play that game, should've just given Arsenal the 3pts. Showed no desire or professional pride playing in front of a home crowd. Vardy and Victor tried by closing players down, but the rest just ambled around giving Arsenal all the time and space to do whatever they wanted. Shameful performance.

We’ve seen that exact performance twice before this season. United at home, City at home. It never works because eventually quality sides like that will get a goal out of nothing. That was classic Brendan ball against a superior team. 0 shots and 0 corners at home is tragic.

Can anyone remember a time when Rodgers has taken off a midfielder and thrown on another striker and it actually being effective? Adding an extra striker doesnt necessarily make you a more dangerous side, all the creativity for chances comes from the midfield. As soon as he took the midfielder off and put Daka on to go two upfront it was game over. Totally bizarre substitution. Would of been better just to lump Souttar up for the last 10 minutes and gone route one

Which firstly ain’t a bad tactic - (it’s served us well for a very long time playing the top sides) because why the **** lose your defensive shape? Players like Souttar, Kristansen, Praet worked their bollocks off today.

If you can’t see that you’ve never played a game of competitive football in your life. Particularly when you played a better team than your own.

they got ahead then only attempted two shots from 70+% possession, because they didn't need to. we'd not even managed a shot, why risk turning play over when the game is won

Arsenal Manutd are top sides,we are way off their quality…

expected to lose, hoped for some Gravy…just water.

Rodgers set up today, not players selected, but an attacking side put on Blackfoot.

Dross.. he’s no elite coach, he put white flag in his players mind.his Players themselves not willing to take on the game, lazy, sloppiness,in their own

attitude…

Look how our fellow relegation contenders player, at least with fight and spirit

So these 2 big bad games over, maybe  2 more to go…can’t trust coward Rodgers,to attack these games . Like today no shots through 90 minutes.

But I do expect the other games to be at least pushing for points & playing football, Like we did. against Villa & Spurs..I do believe we will gather in total between 41-47pts

Rodgets again didn’t use the. Leicester fighting Spirit, Two fast players in Tete & Barnes, but has no idea how to play with them.

He doesn’t trust them…that is Not an elite coach,he has had chancesthis season

to take this side at least out of the shadows, he’s failed every time….

Cant see him himself showing any trustworthy character in building up the teams ethos…

Again today was not the loss but not willing to cross swords then push & test his players..
