Takes five mins every time he has to mention a comment to his boss sat next to him ..... 'Your-royal- worshipfulness-forever-in-our-heart patron-saint-of-thai-tiktok-Kuhn- benevolent-oh-palm-Sunday-thee ...it's a corner to them, sir'

Must be wonderful to not have accountability in his job. I would have been fired for gross incompetence years ago, yet there he sat, with the owner by his side while the club he has assembled gets blasted by Everton. And he's still employed. A joke!

We have a head scout and a scouting team for a reason. You made out he selected a certain player, he won’t, it’s total nonsense.

Rudkin's supposed to be the person who brings in the head scout and sits above them in the recruitment process.

Whilst Sporting Directors arent the ones that identify players themselves, they are responsible for identifying the profile of player for the scouting team to look for and reviewing the options put forwards, contacting the players and eventually green lighting the transfer.

Saying that Rudkin doesnt pick the player is ridiculous, the Sporting Director has to be involved in the transfer strategy of the club and be the first and last voice on all transfers. If he's not we need to bring in someone who can actually undertake the role of Sporting Director properly.

Of course Rudkin is responsible for picking the players. I don’t care if he out there scouting them, wiping their arse, licking their boots and/or recommending them. He is the ****ing Director of football - he gets paid to ensure those under him bloody well get it right most of the time. It’s mistake after mistake. It’s on his ****ing door

It's a collective effort, one hes been a constant in for a very long time.

There's 2 ways to cut it up, either he has no role what so ever and it's completely up to the scouting team, which means he/his role is completely pointless or he has an active role in approving and negotiating transfers, which there's a long list of failures against, either way he's not up to it. It's not just him but he's a constant central figure in a long long list of poor decisions.

But he doesn’t give a ****. He gets paid the same regardless if we are relegated, which we will. Top probably doesn’t care either 🤷‍♀️

If the directors aren’t bothered I think the same attitude spreads to the supporters. We’re ****ed!!

He's almost certainly rubbish but at this stage, people should be directing their ire towards Top. We do know for a fact that he is ultimately responsible and utterly useless

For those that are still defending him by saying he isn't responsible, look, we all have jobs, and have either worked under managers or been one.

Let's say you are production manager, and the production of the business is failing miserably, even though you don't actually put the tomatoes in the tin, or maintain the machinery, or source the material, if it's failing and you are the manager your head is on the block because you are responsible for the production including the staff in production.

I can't believe I'm having to explain this.

He should resign. Look at the state of our club. The first team squad has 5 good players. The rest are rubbish.

Maybe we are looking at this wrong?

Clubs simply have DoFs ... We have a man that is willing to look after players, races and clubs in more than one country.

Not to mention takes the stand at the high court and dishes out an oscar worthy performance.

Ladies and gentlemen we have a swiss army knife of a business god. If anything the football club is holding his true potential back !!!!
