This is a restart for the whole team. Right now we have to respect Smiths choices based on how he wants the team to play. I don't think any player is in the 'what do they have to do to start' category right now.

We haven’t been creating any chances no matter what striker we have up top, I reckon Vardy is still capable of putting the ball in the back of net when giving the opportunity. However against Man City we’ll probably need someone like Daka with his pace on the counter. 
 

Maybe Maddison will get forward a bit more. 
 

Glad Suyuncu is back, hope he gives a good account of himself and only emphasises why BR is a complete ego centric failure.

I'm not sure, I don't see where the threat on the break is coming from. With Barnes injured and 50 year old Vardy up front on his own there's really not much pace about.

I don't think Smith had many options against Citeh with Barnes out, Tete can't be relied upon so he has to go with the width from Kristiansen & Castagne.  If Söyüncü has a blinder for the next few matches, then even more questions will be asked of Rodgers.
