What’s that I’ve just seen a little bit of fight in the second half . We were never going to win and the first half we were our usual self’s . Second half much better

Tonight really meant nothing other than City putting pressure on Arsenal.

There were positives, and we’ve got to cling to those!

What we need to remember is today hasn’t changed a great deal, we’ve still got to play again around us…. This is still a good position.

Some positives: 1) He reacted at half-time which was good to see. 2) Thomas for Kristiensen good. Thomas much more direct and positive going forwards.

3) He's had a look at just about everyone.

4) No Amartey.

Positive for a loss because Smith used his subs relatively early to get a gauge on players, which is useful. Kel scored and looked a threat, and even though Man City made changes, that second half side is still better than what we'll face in the majority of (if not all) our run in games.

Cags putting an effort in is nice to see given his marginalised position and the fact that realistically some players lack effort when they know they're off in the summer.

Kel will get himself starting now surely.

I thought we were pretty insipid first half. They eased off. We made positive changes. But even with their disinterest in mind, we put up a great fight in the second half. That's a rare thing for a Leicester side nowadays. I imagine chins will be up.

How many chances can Nacho miss? Despite the first half we could have actually had a draw if he puts his chances away. Second time he's cost us points with shit finishing.

The only thing I'm blaming Nacho for today is keeping Brendan in a job for two years with his performances in the cup and from the bench.

So he can miss even more open goals?

Give it rest mate.

At least he scored and looked the most likely too of the 3 strikers TBH. And did the most with his pitch time.

I’m not mad at that second half. Wish we’d done that in the first!

Nacho made a big difference imo ,should have started him ,but second half positive

An easy victory for Man City, wrapped up in 24 minutes. After that they strolled around conserving energy, and then brought off all of their main players in the 2nd half. Given that, I'm not going to take much solace from our second half rally. We look like a team that will be relegated.

Today was a free hit

sadly some shit results elsewhere and relying on Forest not winning tomorrow

Need to drop Vardy - disappointed he started. Hopefully the half time hauling off is a sign that Smith realises what he needs to do for the rest of the season to give us a chance

its sad that Vardy may not get another goal for a proper send off, but we need to do whats right by the club not any individuals now.
