New Kit

It is mental that we have had lazy generic template kits for years, and then the year we go down we get what looks like a bespoke pair of classics.

FBS looked shite but the money they brought in was a marked increase on what King Power gave us.

 

Whatever you think about the design or the company itself, losing FBS represents another loss of income as a consequence of going down.

 

It remains to be seen what is a fair market value for being a shirt sponsor of a recently relegated club and if we can get a sponsor that will provide more than what King Power could.

any number of us FT folks who are designers can do a better job than that. To think someone got paid 5 figures to come up with that branding is a joke.

 

atleast king power looked nice on our shirts and unique in the premier league.

The kit was probably designed and finalised a couple of years ago when we were a top 8 premier league team competing in European competitions, hence the more bespoke design.

The sash shirt will look amazing if it’s sponsorless and they move the logo back to wear they should be rather than the middle, amazing how one shit logo can ruin an entire kit.

I still hate that horizontal gold stripe along the bottom, but admittedly it's less offensive when not part of a full kit.

In the complete apathy of this season's events, I had not noticed our Fox logo in the pattern of the new shirt before.... Thats class, but the gold bits can still just go home.

 

Also why the flip do the club not do retro shirts from our title win season and the iconic burgundy from the FA Cup final?? They should just be in the club shop at all times.

Walkers was acquired by Lay's owner, Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo.
