Why would you hire a manager before a new DoF?  You are proliferating the problem this way

I thought this. The Director of football should be the one setting out a plan of how the footballing side of the club should operate. Appoint a competent director of football who then plays a part in appointing the manager.

Statement first - should have already been prepared for both scenarios, baffling there’s been silence other than “our Premier League chapter comes to an end”.

Next, they need to make a decision on Dean Smith. Work starts today surely, and it’s no good sorting out anything else until we have some idea of who will be in charge come August.

Will do f all for a month, dawdle around feeling sorry for themselves then panic and do things last minute, again.

There must be announcements this week. If not, expect a surprise announcement by Top next week that he's selling.

Get rid of Smith and hire a new manager ASAP and start the rebuild because we go again on 5th August and have so much work to do as a club.

Back in the league one relegation, the apparently mad old fart Mandaric played a bit of a blinder tbf.

First he didn't knee jerk sack Holloway. Instead, he was asked to work his notice, sort out the retained lists and pre season training plan and freindly schedules. I think Holloway stayed for 4 weeks or so before his inevitable sacking

Second, Mandaric interviewed on Radio Leicester reassuring there was to be no financial meltdown

Club must appoint a young inspiring Head coach with strong links to a top European Club.....need youngsters on loan and some old heads and a few free transfers....don't think we can expect to see any real money spent this summer sadly.

It sounds trivial but get rid of that ****ing goal music.

Fed up of having the piss taken out of us.

I had getting rid of goal music second to firing Rudkin. It wasn’t a close second, but second nonetheless.

Aw Kel, he is genuinely gutted 😔 "we" hopefully means he will stay 🙏

Would like him to stay as he would be good enough to fire us back up (dependant on what is around him) but I doubt we can afford to keep him even if he did want to stay, which I doubt.

It starts at the top......  too needs better advisors.  Next we have to choose a manager. We loom at who is going and figure out what we need to play to the new managers tactics.

Dont buy anyone over 26

With all this chatter about Seagrave being soulless and too clinical, perhaps a training ground in a disused military camp in Eastern Europe or somewhere else grim. Back to basics and hard graft, and maybe get Martin Allen back to direct the toilet cleaning rota.

Wouldn't begrudge him for going. He deserves better than how he has been treated. One of a few of our players that I actually like.

Fair play to him for coming out fronting up to camera, particularly when the previous regime treated him like dog shit. Notable how Evans, Tielemans, Maddison etc didn’t come out and do this - cowards.

Hope Kel stays and we build an attacking unit around him.

Nacho... what a guy.  His mother's day interview was terrific... now he has the personality and integrity to come out and talk to the fans.  He is so worthy of our support..  we need to show him we want him to stay.

Rather a competent DoF, managers don’t do everything you seem to think they do (I think) important yes, but it’s not enough on its own.

Put it like this, if it was down to you and me, and we were being paid to do it, between us we’d have it all sorted in 48hours. It’s football, not real life. These DoF and managers and players don’t have a clue. A right meal is made of it. It’s disgusting. Our situation at Leicester is so easily sorted.

The relation shop between rodgers , congleton and others needs looking at.  Managers are so transient we should not allow them to places acolytes I  club roles.

The summer 21 transfers bear scrutiny.  Soon after rodgers began to distance himself from responsibility and should have been sack for lacking a duty of care to his employers (ok it would have been settled but put him on the back foot).

Lineker says rodgers deserved more time.  Yet Rodgers'  behavior suggested he was well past the time he deserved.  Top asleep at the wheel.

I bet that the reason a club statement hasn't been put out is because the club is in legal conversations about appealing our relegation because of the FFP case around Everton.

It's embarrassing it's come to this, but don't be surprised if you see it.

The club is currently weighing up whether to post a statement on the relegation or to promote the latest Fox and Crop range, featuring smiling pics of players that got us relegated and will leave this summer.

Have Leeds put out a statement?

So basically they feel that the club should have stayed up on goal difference due to the results against Everton being null and void..
