The first thing I want to see is a statement from the Board (not just Top) and some action (eg a Board shakeup, Rudkin sacked etc).

Fans deserve answers and action.

Yeah for god's sake they've just got a serious match report on the website and a Twitter interview with Dean Smith.

Put out a statement, acknowledge that there is work to do and tell us what your plan is ffs

Board changes.

New DOF.

New manager.

If Top can’t do that then the next thing on my list would be to look for new ownership.

It worries me it really does. They still have no statement ...... they need to get things done and fast. The weeks will fly by. We need a manager in fast and the squad sorting out. A massive overhaul of behaviour, standards, communication.  When they can't even begin with a statement or apology just silence .......

Its not looking good .....

Technically the first thing the club will be doing is laying off staff who didn't deserve it. Such a shame that they will pay the price for hierarchy's failings.

A statement to say that a financial plan is in place. That the intention is to return to the PL at the earliest opportunity and the medium-to-long term strategic aim of the club remains unchanged.

Finally, an honest admission that certain playing assets will be made available for transfer and that those selected will be informed within the next 48 hours. Playing staff retained will be asked to prepare fully for next season.

Apologise to the fans for the shit show they've guided us through.

Get rid of Rudkin

Get a new manager in who can work with Glover and new DOF to identify targets and get them sealed as early as possible.

Apologise and say something!

.. if only game attendees were as militant as FT!!!

If there is one thing we have observed about Khun Top is that he does not have the knowledge or acumen for business in football. He is someone that can be moulded and influenced, and we could have a great opportunity to do so, right at this moment.

Having just read the post of @BenTheFox it is this list that we should be presenting to Khun Top himself. Unless he personally is confronted and made aware of what we are feeling, he can only imagine what we all are going through. The only problem with that would be,  that what we are feeling is 10 times more than what he imagines.

Let's face it.  We've gone from having one of the best owners in the business, to one of the worst when it was passed down to Top.  He doesn't care, his hearts not in it.  He's doing it purely because he feels obligated to because of what happened.

This will get worse before it gets better.  I just hope he sells up.   You can't take your eye off the ball when you own a football club like ours.  The sad part is I don't think he's ever had his eyes on it.

Yes. Sorting out the immediate future is the priority.

I’d clean up the graffiti in the bogs at Seagrave. I’ve seen no evidence whatsoever that Big Sue takes it up the chutney or that Rudkin is partial to a strap on and wears a gimp outfit.

Agree with the first, its outrageous, but the second bit? Really? Read the room....

The only thing this club will do is sleepwalk into next season assuming we will be promoted as champions without having to do anything other than turn up and then remain in silence and look shocked when it doesn't work

Get balloons and confetti for the race day.

Win that Asian Tournament a week before the start of the season.

More donuts for the start of next season.

Promote Rudkin for an outstanding job since 2021

Allow players wind down contract after contract like last season

Make Bertrand captain. In case of his absence give the armband to Danny Ward.

Give Vestergaard a 5 year extension

Isolate decent players who could do something positive. They're no good to us now.

Don't whatever you do change manager even though he loses 20 games a season

Don't interrupt the Chairman for fear of big Horse Racing and  Polo events coming up.

Clap Harder at the ground.

Carry on as normal. We're too big to fail you know

It’s actually unbelievable that they didn’t have 2 statements ready, for either scenario. This leads me to believe, they STILL didn’t think we would go down. Baffling.

It is baffling indeed we were never favourites to stay up at the expense of Everton's position.

Our board and Top are incompetent and not fit for purpose.

New director of football and commission someone to come in and do a review to find out where things are going wrong by talking to staff across the club. It’s an enormous task, but it’s clear there are issues throughout.

Firstly some people should do the decent thing and move on .... secondly Top must realise you can't repair rot ... you have to cut it out and put new in place .... the next manager needs fresh ideas and a positive direction ... and finally the club is bigger than anyone ... if you have no passion or pride for it .... move on  ...  players ... staff and fans

I wouldn't say unbelievable. Rudkin hasn't made a statement since welcoming Ranieri in 2015 and he is Top's main advisor. Clearly we can expect silence from the club as the best approach is to completely ignore the fans and pat yourself on the back saying job well done - it's not our fault we did everything perfectly.

Disagree with that bit. Just don't think he has the nous or ruthlessness required.
