Did well in his first season then went into decline like the rest of the squad, which was to be expected with an elite coach in charge. Some will go on to been great elsewhere, some will stay here and be great again, and then there’s Danny Ward and Jannick Verstergaard But a player like Castagne is not one you keep around for the Championship. I agree with you….I remember the excitement when we realised we wouldn’t particularly miss Ricardo when he suffered his first injury. And bar when Ricardo’s fully fit, I still think Timmy’s our best full back.
