Don't think we need to spend any money signing a right winger, until Fatawu comes back. We've got JJ!

Completely agree with you, infinitely better as an attacking player. On this performance, would keep his place, on the right wing, in front of a new right back.

But that doesn't work.

JJ was our RB today, he just pushed up the pitch as RvN wants the fullback to get on the wing and the "winger" comes inside.

If you play JJ at right wing AND an RB, which of Bilal or Buo are you dropping?  Cos we aren't allowed to play 12.

Are you suggesting we shouldn't criticise players for costing us time and again in the league, in case they score some inconsequential goals against QPR reserves?

Nope. I'm right up there with calling players out. But, too many get too personal and too many ignore those that have served us well for a length of time - that deserves both respect and sine slack

Unsurprising and understandable that he didn't wish to celebrate the goals with the fans..

Same as Faes.

We (fans) don't do ourselves any favours so I can't really blame them

I think that might be over thinking it. Firstly, Faes ran right to the corner next to the Kop. Justin, though out of form has not been booed or receiving significant critics in the stands. Not like Ward. He needed that I feel. But it’s imperative that his role as a right back doesn’t lead to the club adding to the 19 errors we’ve seen so far.

Far too many ‘told you so’ fans on Foxestalk. One foggy game against a poor championship side and yet Iwobi will make him look silly again this week

Right midfielder instead of a RB? Bloke cant defend

With the new fullback coming in, maybe they both get played down that side together? One of the two of them could play as the right sided CB, the other would push up like JJ did today. Both of them are quick, so together they might be better defensively? It could be RVN's thinking till Fatawu is back next season.

Just got the impression he was running to someone he knew in the stand / box (albeit guests are usually located at the other end)

Credit to him for his 2 goals, but the individual mistakes where still there and I'm certainly not convinced

But what did you mean by "the fans don't do themselves any favours"?

That suggests getting a celebration from Wout Faes in the 95th minute against QPR is worth putting up with their crap in the league?

I think he had someone in the crowd near there. Went over to that section at the end and was waving.

We're playing Palace this week, Iwobi plays for Fulham

What a surprise we sign a new rb and he instantly improves (obviously playing against qpr) helped!

Competition for his place should do his performances good
