He’s the best keeper ever.

We met him after the game.  My son told him he is awesome (my boy is a keeper) and I told him he is a beast.

It’s almost cheating having him. His footwork is on a different planet compared to anything else in this division. He’s only going to get better. When we do sell I think it’s going to be for a lot of money.

At some point this season he will cost us and we will all be at him/Couple of times today he delayed and delayed his pass until the player was right on him.

Its all going well but just keep it quick and tidy no risks

If any clubs scouts are reading this thread, he’s arguably the worst keeper I’ve seen, and I had to watch Danny Ward! (Who is available if you are desperate) 🥰

This season he will be great for us, being the 11th man in a possession based team.

Next season, if we go up, will be the acid test. When his goalkeeping skills are called upon three to four times as often in match.

It's where Kasper earned us so many points despite questionable ball skills.

You might be at him if and when that happens but I think most people appreciate that the benefits of the way he plays - and is being instructed to play, he's not doing it to take the piss - outweigh the risks and if he drops the occasional bollock then so be it

I like the way we are playing and the results but its super risky.Remember wednesday and the Norwich player hitting the bar

Yeah, but that's one error in 7 games he's played passing out from the back - Allison and Ederson both drop the occasional clanger and these two are rated two of the best keepers in the world. I accept his style of play may cost us the odd goal here and their but like you say the way he plays brings so many rewards. Having said that his handling error yesterday was just a lack of concentration and could have proved costly had it not been for JJ's fantastic block.

As important to this side and setup as winks

Which begs an interesting question as to how we adjust if he is unavailable for any length of time, as I don’t see anyone else doing what he does. Maybe Jannik can play rush-back??

The games Stolarczyk played he looked very good as well, and kept 2 clean sheets. He was able to play the same role and looked comfortable with his feet. Training with Mads will be doing him the world of good. The sad day Mads moves on Stolarczyk will be an excellent keeper in his own right doing this role.

I think we are actually quite well served in this department right now.

Crazy to think our third choice keeper, Iverson, could do a job for many teams in this division. I hope he can get a move in January.

Poor ole Ward is just a sack of expensive potatoes, isnt he?

Real shame we didn’t have him last season there’s no doubt that we would have gained at least the 3 points needed to stay up.

Then again you could probably say that if had any other keeper than ward for the majority of the season

Can see him being a leader like Kasper was, and build up to that level. One of those players that will be very good, and you just have to hope that it'll be for us for a long time.

His ability with his feet and his shot stopping is incredible. I think he will replace Kasper as the Danish no 1 very soon and I think we may find it hard to keep him in the long term

I’d be amazed if he wasn’t scouted by Man City and Enzo pushed for him. Equally amazed if there wasn’t some agreement or understanding about his long-term future.

If the Leicester/Burnley (and maybe Arsenal) project goes well for any manager you’d expect them to replace Pep. It’s like a live audition. Although maybe not for Arteta who already has a ‘big’ job.

Saw a stat yesterday that mention he had the highest save % in the league at 80%

2 cleansheet on the trott, best defensive record in the league.

Yet some want to focus on the odd mistake.

Highest is Bristol City's keeper by 0.5% after yesterday

Nobody wants to talk about the dolly he let through his hands deep into the second-half, then?

yeah he let it through his hands but look at the reply, he pushes JJ into the area where the ball is and then gets the block off, top instincts that imo from Hermansen
