In his first season it was his non stop running that was impressive. I remember one of his first games where he won the ball in the full back area and just ran the the length of the pitch dodging everyone…but he just hasn’t been bothered and now only seems to care about waiting for something to fall for him…. He’s simply not good enough to play like that.

I remember commenting on here after a couple of games that it was be so refreshing to have someone that tracked back and worked as hard as he did defensively after Barnes, who regularly left his full back exposed… 😅😭

All the one touch passing they do in training (videos). Give the ball to this lunatic in a game and you know exactly what is going to happen. Time seems to grind to a halt all of a sudden. We may as well play with 10 men. Yesterday he had 90 touches with 0 shots on or off target. Completely hopeless.

He had positions where in league 1 you'd hope he'd be able to get the shot off but he was shown up again by a decent defender who he couldn't vet past. 

Also numerous times where he made no run to help the player on the ball so they had to give him whilst he was static.
