Taking nothing away from the goal, if you don't shoot, you can't score, but it wasn't even in the corner.

 

 

It looks bad, but Mav has had an age to pick a spot and the defenders lose doesn’t help.

 

The biggest thing for me is that is was so telegraphed that the keeper should have had a better spring on it - the dive was a little flat, never got upwards.

For how many goals and assists he’s got, Stephy hasn’t quite worked out when to pick up the right positions for us. If he does, he’s going to be devastating in the Prem
