The irony is that if he did somehow fit our system (which I agree he doesn't) then the way we dominate teams would have done wonders for his confidence. Fingers crossed the right move can be found for him. Would have been better with Sheff Wed instead of Sheff Utd. Needed a Championship or even L1 outpost where he could build up his physique and fragile confidence, like Chilwell, Hamza, Barnes and others before him. From our point of view we need him playing to at least put him in a shop window, if not for experience, so the mutual agreement is as much that if nothing else. If you're not playing him we'll send him to someone that will. But like others have said, he doesn't belong in this system, he's at best 3rd in line probably 4th as Enzo would rather spread the CBs than play a spindly left back. So then if we loan him out again we could potentially get the same again on top. We should do this with him every year!
