This season is so weird. Now that was pretty shit for large parts but it's a comfortable win and was never in doubt and should've been 5 or 6. 

 

Daka was pretty shit for most but the first 2 goals don't happen without him. 

 

Really flat all round, including the crowd. But its all about promotion  and its another step towards it.

Another 10 wins from our 17 games and I think it’s in the back to be honest.

 

Ipswich and Southampton would need to average 2.2 points per game to get past us. That’s a major ask for them. 
 

We’ll keep grinding and get this done.

Seems harsh because we won but I'm not sure that was good enough, to be honest. Anyway its 3 points closer and the end of Fatawu's ban.

 

As Rotherham and Wednesday still have to play each other again, with luck we might be able to open the 'Teams That Can't Catch Us' thread this weekend.

A tackle from behind with a little contact is a penalty.

 

Replays clearly show contact so nothing dodgy about it. Even Var would have to give that

Looked pretty comfortable throughout, and seemed to play well within ourselves. Missed 2/3 gilt edged chances and thought the penalty was a soft one but we needed it to put it the game to bed. 
 

Frustrating we didn’t hold on for the clean sheet but the subs and change in defensive organisation.unsettled our concentration.

Important 3 points after the last 2 games to put pressure on teams below us again. Beat stoke and then Preston beat ipswich and Southampton draw at Rotherham would be nice

I thought overall Doyle was excellent tonight, our best defender and a lot of the fluid play we saw was from him. He's suspect at defending crosses though.

Such a weird game, it ended up fairly comfortable but for large parts of the game it was really poor and lackadaisical. We really are shit to watch at times but you can't argue with the points on the board.
