Abdul ran back 50 yards to try and help whilst Soumare stretched to a leisurely jog.. disgraceful..

 

Have not read too many comments on the thread but I’m sure there are still ppl

A performance to evidence there is ability in him. The issue is unlocking it consistently. As he's not overly self motivated. As otherwise we'd have seen him shine a lot more often.

He played well. But maybe was made to look better with the lack of anyone else in blue really doing so.

He played well but is wasted so far back in front of the defence. His strength is in driving the ball forwards, shielding when in possession (or downright bulldozing opponents) and releasing the ball forwards. Glad the majority can see his potential now.

Good on the ball today but we are so much weaker defensively because he's a second behind play all the time. It's too easy for players to peel away from him.

He was probably our best player watching it on tv. He adds a ball carrying ability in midfield that we don’t have otherwise. Will be key against teams where we get more possession.

He was probably our second best performer after BEK. Some people just can’t seem to give him any credit. He’s performed ok in the last few games and kept that up today.
