Bob Weasel Fox Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 Tough game but winnable which Leicester will turn up?

Bilo Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 They'll win easily. 3-0 defeat and our first real thrashing of the season.

People need to relax a bit. Shut up man we’ve lost 3 in a row and other than 1 of the 3 which we still bottled they weren’t difficult games we were just crap 1
SouthStandUpperTier Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 Perhaps it's time to try something less predictable/expected to throw the opponent off their game plan. Call me nuts, but I'd play Nacho as a traditional 10 just behind one of Vardy/Cannon/Daka. 4

Concede late on after inviting the pressure.

Jobyfox Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 (edited) So no Vesty, Ricardo, Ndidi? Anyone else? I think we need to change it around a bit. Start Vardy or Cannon Coady in for Nelson I’d even be tempted for a bit of Albrighton for Mavs or Fatawu In a poor run you are just looking for players who you know will put a shift in. We need leadership and experience at this point. Hopefully Vesty back and Ndidi back soon could be critical after this. Edited 2 March 2024 by Jobyfox 1
Nolucklcfc Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 It’ll probably be a draw. Both teams bang out of form
dr.o.ball Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 Southampton cruising at one point then completely bottling it and i thought that would never happen to our Enzo's squad?

We’re suddenly showing a worrying lack of creativity. 1
ozvaldo Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 We’ve lost our edge. And we have no plan B. This game will be ugly. 1

He's the only striker on a good run of form before he got injured. I'm not convinced he's 100% after what I saw today. And he's someone who will bring experience to the team which at this point we need. Edited 2 March 2024 by TrickyTrevLeftPeg 1
Dahnsouff Posted 2 March 2024 Posted 2 March 2024 (edited) Coady for Nelson (or Faes) Nacho for Fatawu Albrighton for Mavididi Edited 2 March 2024 by Dahnsouff

I don't think it's existential.... but a couple of weeks ago the whinging was we weren't winning 5-0 every week, only 2 or 3 nil... are teams have a run of patch results. We are currently top.
