Business end of the season. I couldn’t care less about how much percent possession we have if our setup focuses less on getting shots on target. Our intensity always increases when we chase a goal. Start that way. 
 

And I’m sick of seeing us dangerously pass around the back when every team now presses us so high. We look like a fish out of water. Not working. 
 

A manager that sticks with his philosophy so narrowly just isn’t going to be a success. He talks about change but never follows through.
