9 wins in 86 games (as it stands) for the newly promoted teams.

 

71 goals scored, 191 conceded. -121 goal difference. Miserable. Only reason to get promoted now is to blag some money.

There has been occasions when we have bummed them 4-0 in the cup and the Allez les bleus game. It simply has not been the case that it's, historically, been a one way bumming but they have bummed us more than we have bummed them.

Southampton are in the running to be one of the worst ever sides in the Premier League's history.

It was only 2 seasons ago that all 3 sides that went down weren't the newly promoted ones

You keep pushing your cope down the road though. First of all it was that they’d collapse second half of the season, and while they’re not winning every week, they’re not collapsing. Other teams are crap too. Of course they will likely struggle for obvious reasons but it’s still gonna sting.
