Who can we trick into buying him?

No one is thick enough. Also even if we were offered £10mil I dont think we would be able to accept due to buying him for £25mil only last summer.

I'm all for giving him a chance at Championship level, but despite Golding being a PSR fiddle, I'd be more inclined to play him tbh. At least there's potential to improve there.

To be fair to the lad. I think the championship will be his level after today. Nice to see Golding isn't an AI generated figure!

Daniel Levy must burst out laughing at least once a week when he's reminded of us accepting his opening highball demand for Skipp.

I wonder if anyone takes him on loan for squad depth.

Here's hoping Sheffield Utd go up and buy Hamza and take Skipp on a season long loan.

A less forgiving ref (or perhaps if the original ref stayed on), or if he'd have made one more foul he would've gotten a second yellow. A clumsy player.

Clumsy is exactly right. He's like a big silly dog gracelessly bounding around and bumping into things, which can be endearing in a dog yet is less so in our most expensive purchase of the season.

Though I accept £25m or whatever he ends up costing us doesn't go as far as it used to, for that sort of money I do still expect a player who is good at something and he seemingly just isn't. By all accounts he impressed for Norwich in their Championship win a few years ago so fingers crossed he is able to stand out next season but I will be really surprised if there ever comes a point where we can consider him a good signing.

Respectfully I can think of at least one club in Belgium with owners thick enough to pay a hell of a lot of money for him.

Feel kinda bad for him, not his fault we were stupid enough to pay 20 million for him and he's walked into a right shit show of a club.

Let's not forget his time at Norwich, I think the Championship is more his level.

Skipp went on to help Norwich win the Championship and was included in the 2021 PFA Team of the Year.

Quite honestly who ever bought him for 25m needs to be investigated by Serious Fraud Cops

he is possibly the worst 20m+ player in this clubs history and we have signed some turkeys for big cash

horrid player
