He's still finding his feet in the Team but offered very little so far.

 

I don't like him playing on the wing and certainly not instead of Mav. I think he could do very well in the hole behind Vardy.

Will always play well individually (I.e. win fouls and hold up ball); but makes rest of side so much worse. Cannot break with a winger so effing slow

 

No idea why cooper loves him

After watching him, he's not a bad signing for our situation...used correctly. And that is the issue. We aren't utilising him properly. You bring him on in tight games. He's not a starter. If a manager can't see that, then he's blind, as it's so obvious

I genuinely thought we signed Ajew as back up in the squad not as a player at the expence of Fats on the wing.

 

On his best day he's never going to give us what Fats does both attacking and defending. Fats could have helped jj prevent that goal.

 

Other than the chance he missed he offered very little and that's in all 3 games he's played.

 

How could any manager think he's better than Fats on the Wing. Baffling.

Can't fault his work rate and ball retention, but he's not offering much else.

 

Maybe that was to be expected considering he's not known for his goals and assists.

 

But we kind of need someone to provide goals and assists aside from Mavididi right now...

Drifted in way too much first half, and JJ was being overrun constantly, whilst offering nothing at all. 

 

Held the ball up well, but should've been off early second half for Fatawu to run at Young.

Yep, each game I've seen Young in this season he's been exposed and taken advantage of. Only Cooper would just let him have a free run at being an adequate defender and not actually target him with a tricky winger.

The bleedin’ obvious substitution was Fatawu for Ayew, who was knackered long before the end. Yet he stays on and Cooper takes off a fit and fully firing Mavididi instead, putting Abdul on the wrong wing with barely any time to get into the game.

 

Go figure…

He should be coming on when we're holding a lead or need extra work rate but he's not starting ahead of Fatawu for me (or most people).

 

I can't fault his effort I can see why Palace fans liked him but he has almost no end product. Missed two glaring chances to put Vardy in in first half and probably should do better with a chance in the 2nd half.

Crystal Palace fans were raving about how good he is to bring on too see a game out. 
 

He shouldn’t be starting ahead of Mavadidi & Fatawu and certainly not playing the whole game.

He’s okay in the right situation. Today against Ashley young wasn’t the right situation. Actually embarrassing that a professional football manager couldn’t change the fella quicker.

With what we've spent on Ayew and Reid that could have gone towards a decent manager. Cheaped out on a manager and let him bring in over the hill players, great plan.

This is a manager who thought BdcR was better than Stephy. Same manager thinks Ward is better than Iversen. He thinks Coady is better than Vesty. And Soumare is better than McAteer. Same manager hasnt played Ricardo for a single second.

And only brought Mav on in desperation against Fulham, Who has now scored twice to get us points.
